How Stress and Hormones May Be Contributing to Your Migraines
It’s the peak of the day and you are lying flat on your back. The shades are pulled, a cold, wet wash cloth is lying across your forehead. You may be experiencing a wave of nausea in your stomach and sensitivity to light and noise. You’re not sure why, but you seem to be getting more and more migraines lately—and on top of that, they’re getting worse.
